We remain open for business as we have throughout the COVID 19 situation. However, we ask that you call before coming to the office. Please wear a face mask, or ask us to have one ready for you when you arrive.
Please note that there is construction taking place next to our building. The driveway to our site is to the west of the fenced off construction area. Parking spaces are at a premium, so please parallel park along the driveway next to our office if there are no spaces available behind the building.
Please use the front door only, the rear door is not available at this time. Please wait in the reception area until you are greeted.
Courts are now conducting some routine business remotely, but are not open for most matters that require the attorneys or parties to be present in court. We are hoping to return to appearing in court soon.
Real estate closings are proceeding without delay, but there are changes to the process. We are are avoiding traditional closings with buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys all present in the same room at the same time. You will sign your papers in our office, without the other parties present.
If you do come to the office please make sure you are not symptomatic, wear a face mask, and maintain social distance as much as possible.
We are also available by electronic means to confer with you, and invite your questions and concerns about how Covid 19 may affect your case or transaction.
Thank you, and stay safe and healthy.

We can help you write a will and/or form a trust, and advise your about powers of attorney and “living” wills (health care directives).
