We remain open for business as we have throughout the COVID 19 situation. However, we ask that you call before coming to the office. Please wear a face mask, or ask us to have one ready for you when you arrive.
Please note that there is construction taking place next to our building, and the parking lot is currently an unpaved gravel surface. Parking spaces are at a premium, and you will need to exercise caution when walking from your car to our door.
If you need to come inside the office please use the front door, as the rear door closest to the parking lot will be locked. Please wait in the reception area until you are greeted.
If you just need to drop off documents please use the drop box in the rear entryway, and call to let us know you have left an item.
Courts are now conducting some routine business remotely, but are not open for most matters that require the attorneys or parties to be present in court. We are hoping to return to appearing in court soon.
Real estate closings are proceeding without delay, but there are changes to the process. We are are avoiding traditional closings with buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys all present in the same room at the same time. You will sign your papers in our office, without the other parties present.
If you do come to the office please make sure you are not symptomatic, wear a face mask, and maintain social distance as much as possible.
We are also available by electronic means to confer with you, and invite your questions and concerns about how Covid 19 may affect your case or transaction.
Thank you, and stay safe and healthy.

We can help you write a will and/or form a trust, and advise your about powers of attorney and “living” wills (health care directives). This can usually be done in one meeting, and then a short return to the office to sign the documents after you have had a chance to review them and ask any questions.
