Bob Reeve is a Farmington native and continues to work and reside in the Unionville section of town. His family has deep roots in the local community, now extending back five generations. He is an honors graduate of Farmington High School, Bryant College and Western New England College School of Law. Bob and his wife Susan are the parents of two adult daughters who also attended Farmington public schools. He is active in civic and community affairs, serving in leadership roles on the Farmington Charter Revision Commission, Economic Development Commission and Memorial Town Forest Board of Trustees.
His practice concentrates in land use matters including planning, zoning and wetlands; residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales and financing; wills, trusts and probate; business law including forming LLC’s and the purchase and sale of businesses; and courtroom litigation including trials and appeals.
Bob is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, and is an approved neutral arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
His undergraduate degree is in business administration. He is experienced in assisting business owners and managers with legal and regulatory issues, and in resolving disputes, both in and out of court. Attorney Reeve has obtained the best possible peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, an AV rating of Preeminent for the highest level of professional excellence.
