The Farmington Town Plan and Zoning Commission recently approved a new bank branch building for Collinsville Savings Society in the Post Office Square Shopping Plaza on Main Street. The building will be located within the existing parking lot along the Main Street frontage, on your right as you enter the plaza which is also home to Highland Park Market, the US Post Office and numerous other businesses.
The bank hopes to open the doors to this new branch in late 2019 or early 2019.
SNR represented Collinsville Savings Society in obtaining local land use approvals for this project.
Update: Collinsville Savings Society has changed its name to Collinsville Bank, and opened its branch at Post Office Square in March, 2017. Best wishes to President Gary Roman and his team.
