Chase Bank branch coming to Farmington Center

Town agencies recently approved a new Chase Bank branch building at 784 Farmington Avenue. The historic building on the site will be preserved and relocated behind the new building. This proposal received support from the neighborhood and individuals concerned with historic preservation.
SNR represented the developer before the Farmington Architectural Design Review Committee and the Farmington Town Plan and Zoning Commission.
